Channel 4 unveils new Comedy Blaps ensemble, ACMS Presents : A Board Meeting

The series, based on the cult comedy night set up by Thom Tuck and John Luke Roberts, features PBJ’s Thom Tuck and Tom Golding as well as an impressive cast including Josie Long, William Andrews, Tom Bell, Bridget Christie, Isy Suttie and Ben Target. Its a fast paced, lunatic comedy, staying true to the cult show that regularly plays to sell-out crowds in London and at the Edinburgh Fringe. It flips the conventional dull board meeting idea on its head, using familar structures from 'notes for last meeting' to 'any other business' to sneak in the more unfamiliar and downright bizarre onto peoples screens. Each of the four episodes reveal a different meeting, each more nosensical than the last and have been described as 'a sort of Mad Hatters tea party, in an oak-panelled board room.'Following massive success over the previous two years, Channel 4's Comedy Blaps air original web shows from up and coming comedy talent, with views clocking in at over 2.6 million.
