Ben is also a Comedian, Actor and Writer, best known as one third of the award winning sketch group Pappy's. He co-created, wrote and performed in two series of the accomplished BBC3 sitcom Badults. Pappy's, one of the best sketch acts in Britain, have twice been nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and are two time winners of the Best Sketch Act at the 2008 and 2014 Chortle Awards.
Ben has written and performed for some of the following productions: Hypothetical (Dave), The Last Leg (Channel 4), GameFace (E4), Porridge (BBC) Meet the Parents (C4), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and John Bishop's Big Year for BBC1. Ben has completed four sold out tours with Pappy's and continues to perform regularly on the London and national circuit, both with Pappy's and as a solo actor.
